IT Associate Service Relationship Manager

The main purpose of the role is to proactively manage the day-to-day operational contract and supplier management for a portfolio of suppliers and services provided by 
contracted service tower providers. Responsible for developing the ongoing relationship with the partners and suppliers in your portfolio and liaising with them to maintain a high level of end user experience at all times identifying impact on service support and user service experience. Collaborating closely with the Operations Manager, Service Manager and Technical Support staff to deliver service objectives, commercial arrangements, service levels, performance and outcome levels agreed. 

  • Associate Service Relationship Manager is a hybrid (mix of home & office working) role
