If so, then Staffordshire Police is excited to welcome graduates from this College of Policing approved programme, to join us and start a career as a police officer.  Staffordshire Police will build upon the academic knowledge you have attained and develop the operational and practical skills needed to perform the role.   You are required to hold the College of Policing approved Degree in Professional Policing to apply for this role.

The initial training will a blended approach of digital and face to face delivery, followed by a period where you will be tutored by a trained operational police officer.  You will then be fully supported throughout the initial two years probationary period. 

Policing is a job like no other and you will need to have a passion for public service, excellent customer service skills, the ability to build relationships and work in a team with the commitment to make a difference to the lives of the communities of Staffordshire. Staffordshire Police is a diverse area with both rural and urban conurbations, serving over 1m people. 

Salary on appointment will be £31,164
