Case Handler

To work as part of the Public Complaints Handling team within the Professional Standards Department. Research and investigating allegations made by members of the public against Durham Constabulary by obtaining accounts from complainants, interrogating force systems and reviewing force process and procedure to produce investigative reports. Providing feedback and learning to improve service delivery. Investigate allegations of police misconduct, collate evidential material and arrange and attend any associated meetings or hearings
