We are looking for a committed and outstanding individual who can support CTPNW in achieving its mission.

CaTO are a critical function within CTPNW and have several key responsibilities including collating information about the availability and skills / training of all personnel within CTPNW to allow for a dynamic response to both planned operations and spontaneous events.

In times of critical operational demand, CaTO negotiate with CTPNW Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and the CTPNOC mobilisation desk to ensure objectives are met.

Daily, the CaTO team deal with a wide variety of enquiries (internally and externally), manage the Duty Management System and facilitate the daily Pacesetter meeting for the Command Team.
