Licensing Enforcement Officer - Police Staff
An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Nottinghamshire Police City and County Licencing Team for a Licencing Enforcement Officer.
This post will work with Divisional Officers and the Senior Licensing Officer, Local Authorities and in partnership with private sector interests and other responsible authorities as may be relevant, to undertake locally based proactive licensing enforcement ensuring that licenced premises throughout the County and City are managed effectively and in line with the force licensing strategy.
To work with all of the above (as relevant) in the granting of new licences, variations or renewals of existing licences, ensuring the compliance with legislative requirements, environmental considerations and Force strategy and policies.
Key Skills & Experience Required

Vetting Level – Recruitment – you must have resided in the UK for at least the last 3 years, with less than 12 months spent abroad (some exceptions for those living on a UK military base).
