Applications are invited for the post of Financial Services Officer based at Police Headquarters, Penrith with the option to work from home or another Constabulary location for part of the week.
Permanent and Temporary Full and Part Time positions are available.
Salary Range - £40,383 - £42,612 (Based on Full Time 37 hours per week)
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Constabulary Financial Services Team. The role of Financial Services Officer (FSO) is a key member of the team. The post holder will advise budget holders and management teams on all financial matters. The FSO will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team for the departments/commands they support having an influential role in the decision making and financial management of that department/command. The post holder will ensure that appropriate systems and procedures are developed and maintained to support financial management within the departments/command they support.
The successful applicant should as a minimum be a fully qualified Accounting Technician (AAT Level 4).
