Head of Integrated Systems Support
Location is Kidlington and Eastleigh (Hybrid)
Hampshire & The Isle of Wight Constabulary and Thames Valley Police are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to join our joint operations as the Head of Integrated Systems Support. This is a critical leadership role responsible for guiding the joint Integrated Systems Support Department and ensuring the operational delivery and development of the core shared systems that underpin modern policing across both forces. As the visible lead for this service, you will be accountable for delivering high-quality outcomes and fostering a culture where digital policing is at the forefront of keeping our communities safer.
Reporting to the Joint Head of Digital, you will have overall responsibility for the department's operations, related projects, and budget. You will lead, coach, and motivate a high-performing team of product, system, and functional managers, driving a user-focused, continuous development ethos and implementing agile methodologies. This hybrid position requires a strategic thinker who can define product roadmaps, manage senior stakeholder relationships, and ensure our digital portfolio aligns with the forces' strategic aims.
