Information Access Assistant (Grade B) Information Management & Data Directorate Branch
We are looking for 2 enthusiastic, diligent, and hard-working admin assistants to join our busy Information Access Team, which sits within the Information Management and Data Directorate (IMDD) based at FHQ.
To perform this role, applicants should ideally have a good working knowledge of the Data Protection Act, a basic awareness of Information Security and knowledge of the basic principles of records management. You will have experience in the use of computer systems, standard software packages and the use of spreadsheets and databases and be proficient in writing letters and confident dealing with inbound and outbound calls with members of the public, information requestors, third parties and officers. Applicants should possess the ability to work on a number of tasks simultaneously, managing a broad and divergent workload as well as having the ability to assimilate and analyse information quickly, while working to achieve targets and deadlines.
This role has the potential to be a Hybrid role after successful training and competency assessments, which means working hours can have some flexibility, to allow a good home/work/life balance.
