Leadership and Management Trainer

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join us as a Leadership and Management Trainer in Learning & Development Services.

What you will be doing? 

To assist in the delivery and facilitation of leadership and management training and development programmes for the Force, monitoring standards and ensuring effective training and development interventions are in place to meet the organisational needs.

  1. To work with the leadership lead trainer to develop and design Leadership and Management training to meet Force needs.
  2. To deliver Leadership and Management training.
  3. To support coaching and mentoring programmes to compliment leadership development across the organisation.
