PC to Sergeant Promotion

Norfolk Constabulary has opportunities for suitably qualified Police Constables & Detective Constables seeking promotion to Sergeant. promotion on transfer or level transfer.

We are looking for motivated individuals who will be able to lead their teams, build successful relationships with partners and who will help continue to place us at the forefront of policing and provide an exceptional service to the people of Norfolk.

Are you eligible?

To be eligible to apply you must be a substantive PC, DC or Sergeant (for level transfer) who:

Has completed their probation period and been confirmed in post.

Holds OSPRE Part 1 and Part 2 or;

Hold a valid OSPRE Part 1 or LKE qualification, which is not expired.

Is not currently under a formal stage for UPP.

Is not currently under a formal investigation for conduct.

Meets the force attendance criteria.

Has completed Leading with C.A.R.E. Foundation – PREPARE (INTERNAL CANDIDATES ONLY).
