Business Systems analyst

To elicit requirements and perform system analysis and design, identifying potential efficiencies at system design level, supporting the successful implementation of technical change that meets user, business and architecture requirements. Undertaking post implementation review to ensure end users receive a quality service that delivers value. In this role, you will be expected to use your knowledge of technology, user needs and business goals to frame problems and set priorities, while working within the parameters of the Departments Service Level Agreements, the Service Catalogue and ITIL.

As a Business Systems Analyst at Durham Constabulary you will play a pivotal role in supporting the successful implementation of technical changes and performing system analysis and design to identify potential efficiencies.

You will be part of a small team who will work to deliver solutions to the business.
