The main purpose of the role is to support the Caseworker team by ensuring that work allocation is effectively managed within national and legislative requirements.
Act as a point of contact for Caseworkers on process matter.
To process offences identified from the issuing of the original Notice of Intended Prosecution through to disposal.
To retain responsibility for the training of team members and ensure all training is current and up to date.
