Events Coordinator
In this role you will work alongside the Events Administrator and the Strategic Development Manager to develop an internal events calendar, from large scale events like the Force Focus Event, and the Chief Constable’s Roadshows to smaller planning days, Leadership Briefings and departmental away days – and everything in between.As the Events Co-ordinator you will have a holistic overview of the force’s strategic planning cycle, you will understand the importance of golden thread messaging and delivering appropriate events. You will also have an eye for detail, great organisational skills, the ability to build relationships across the force and with external venues.
This role would best suit someone who already has some experience in event management and is able to take on responsibility for logistical delivery of a range of events, you will need to be able to learn quickly, think creatively and communicate effectively. You will also need to have a UK Driving Licence and the use of a vehicle.
