An opportunity has arisen for the position of Business Analyst within the Business Change Team.
.
The post holder will support the Business Change Team to effectively deliver organisational projects and reviews. This will include taking responsibility for collection, analysis, and validation of data to inform business change decisions and potential impacts. They will also provide data quality assurance. As required, the post holder will provide support for effective delivery of policing services through the development and implementation of change. This includes the identification and scoping of areas requiring review, including process improvement, structure changes, data quality and identifying and exploiting opportunities to maximise efficiency, to provide value for money and other benefits to Cumbria Constabulary.

The post will work alongside our Business Change Sergeant and Advisors, and report directly to the Business Change Inspector. Knowledge of organisational objectives and priorities is essential for the role. Experience within a business change role is desired.

The shift pattern is 0900 - 1700 Monday to Friday, however there is opportunity to discuss some flexibility around this. There is an expectation that candidates will be able to travel around all areas of the county, agile working from various deployment bases as and when required. There may also be some opportunities to travel out of county.
