As part of a busy Recruitment Team you will be expected to support the services provided to line managers and candidates within the Recruitment Process.
You will carry out administrative tasks during the different recruitment stages, opening and closing vacancies, updating applicant status’ and communicating with candidates and line managers, using our E Recruitment System.
You will also activate email and letter production for applicants via the E-recruitment system and undertake a range of administrative duties including dealing with incoming and outgoing mail, telephone enquiries, managing email in-boxes, filing, photocopying and scanning.
Please only apply if you have:
Experience of working within a customer focused environment.
A good working knowledge of IT systems including Microsoft Office, the ability to update websites and experience of using an E Recruitment System would be an advantage.
Experience of checking, recording, inputting and retrieving information.
Experience of working to deadlines, and the ability to organise and prioritise a varied workload.
The successful candidate must be willing to work flexibly as they will be required to work occasional evenings/weekends.
