Strategy And Improvement (S&I) Support Officer

We are seeking an organised and motivated individual to work in our Strategy and Improvement department. This role requires an individual with good communication skills, first rate attention to detail and the ability to handle different workstreams simultaneously.

As a support Officer within S&I you will have an interesting and varied workload. This will include helping the force prepare for external assessment by HMICFRS, monitor internal quality assurance performance and help to identify where the force can improve.
