Occupational Health Advisor

To provide a professional Occupational Health Service. Although not exhaustive, this role includes primarily - providing expert, evidence-based case management services for referrals relating to attendance and fitness for work. Providing professional, comprehensive and evidence-based written reports. Providing expert advice in respect of legislative requirements and best practice relating to Occupational Health. Undertaking of medicals and evaluation of clinical results, health screening and surveillance and the provision of other services such as pre-employment screening and health assessments, wellbeing initiatives and health promotion. To appropriately consult and/or escalate complex cases to Senior OH Advisor or Force Medical Advisor for advice as required.
