Location: HQ, Northallerton, with the opportunity for hybrid working (You would attend the office two days per week)
Salary: £29,109 - £37,692 (Scale 5 – SO1)
The entry salary will be dependent on candidate’s skills and experience evidenced to the Career Progression Plan

Hours: Full time, 37 hours per week, Monday – Thursday 08:30-17:00 and Friday 08:30-16:30

The Opportunity:
We’re looking for an Insight Analyst to join our team.
As an Insight Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in providing a comprehensive understanding of what’s working, what needs improving, and where to focus next to Senior Stakeholders. You will turn data into clear, useful insights.
You will work closely with various departments and your insights will be instrumental in driving the organisation's success and achieving its long-term goals.

What you'll be doing:
- Deliver excellent customer service and demonstrate value to front line services through your analysis of data, report delivery and partnership building
- Research available information sources to develop areas of business intelligence and identify areas of research that progresses business intelligence, preventative, reassurance, or enforcement activity
- Collect, evaluate, and analyse information to identify areas for consideration which will inform strategic decision making within the organisation
- Form effective stakeholder relationships to expand knowledge and understanding
- Turn complex information into clear, evidence based, actionable intelligence
- Produce timely, accurate reports for senior leadership
What We’re Looking For:
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, data cleansing, chart creation, formulas)
- Experience with Power BI dashboards would be advantageous
- Demonstrable ability to work independently
- Confidence in interpreting and presenting complex data clearly
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong analytical thinking and a problem-solving mindset
- A collaborative approach and commitment to continuous improvement
