As part of the team working in the Human Resources Division, you can make a real difference by supporting the provision of Human Resources to our officers and staff across the second largest police force in the UK.

Key responsibilities of the role include -
- In support of the HR Advisors, to provide a high quality and consistent HR advice, coaching and guidance to customers/stakeholders in line with Police Scotland’s values, organisational policies and legal requirements.
- To manage and respond quickly and effectively to all enquiries via ‘People Direct’ telephone/portal services or via direct contact, providing professional services focused resolution of queries at first point of contact.
- Sharing good practice and expertise across the full range of HR matters, escalating where necessary to subject matter experts/teams and delivering customer services to all Police Scotland Officers and Staff in line with policy and process requirements
