As part of the team working in the Human Resources Division, you can make a real difference by supporting the provision of Human Resources to our officers and staff across the second largest police force in the UK.

Key responsibilities of the role include –
- In this role you will be responsible for providing support and assistance to Officers ranging from Executive level, through all senior ranks to PC, with all aspects of Police Officer Internal recruitment vacancies. This includes the creation and support with vacancies as well as supporting applicants.
- You will be the face of police officer internal recruitment so must be able to build strong relationships with our stakeholders and have great communication skills.
- You will be providing finance/administrative support to the wider recruitment and senior management team.
Preference for this role will be given to candidates who demonstrate -
- Working knowledge of e-recruitment system
- Experience in Police Officer Internal recruitment
- Working knowledge of scope
