Training Supervisor (Initial Training)

Starting salary for 13 hours per week is £13,615 rising by yearly increments to a maximum of £15,071 per annum. (Full time equivalent is £38,754 to £42,897per annum).

The holder of this post will supervise a mixed team of Police Constables and Police Staff Trainers who are responsible for delivering training, learning and development solutions to new and existing staff in support of the organisation’s strategic aims, objectives and performance targets. Training Supervisors will be based mainly in the two centres of Exeter and Winfrith, but other locations will be used including Ferndown and Bournemouth. In addition, Police Sergeants carry out a similar trainer supervision role in both forces.
