Local Delivery Trainer (Oxfordshire)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a police staff trainer to deliver across the force to students of all ranks and levels in a variety of subjects. The suitable applicant will need bundles of enthusiasm to deliver a variety of subjects at a variety of venues adapting to the needs of the force as well as being flexible to change
The successful candidate will have attained or be working towards both QCF level 3 Certificate in L&D and QCF level 3 Assessor Award’ or equivalent experience.
You should have a strong desire and proven experience of developing other people through facilitating consistent and effective learning, and/or coaching that meets defined objectives and ensures valid and reliable assessment.
You will have a proven ability to respond to individual learning needs by adopting a range of training styles, providing timely and appropriate advice and feedback (written and verbal), and by presenting information and ideas to people effectively and persuasively in accordance with current policy and procedures. Excellent communication skills, IT literacy with proficient use of Microsoft Office packages is essential.
You must have capability to travel to different locations across the South East region and undertake all assignments in a timely manner. Due to the requirement to work flexibly unsocial hours and personal safety for lone working; public transport may not be available or suitable at these times. For this reason a full UK driving licence is considered essential.
