Case Conference Attendee (Two Posts)

Working within the MASH you will work with multi-agency partners to protect children by planning for, attending and undertaking a positive role in child protection case conferences. You will undertake decision making with partners in relation to safeguarding children.
It is essential that you have proven customer service skills with a focus on engaging effectively with people at all levels, sometimes in in potentially confrontational situations along with proven experience of problem solving and decision making. Along with recent experience of working in a child Protection environment you will also be able to demonstrate good organisational and time management skills.
Along with all other posts in Force Crime, Intelligence and Specialist Operations Departments, this role will require an enhanced level of vetting.
Capability to travel across the Force is required in order to undertake assignments in a timely manner and work flexibly. Due to unsocial hours and personal safety for lone working public transport may not be suitable. For this reason a full driving licence is considered essential for this role.
This is a hybrid role, working 2-3 days in the office per week. The location will be dependent on the home address of the applicant. Currently staff are located at Aylesbury, Windsor, Cowley and Kidlington.
The successful applicant will be expected to undertake the established psychological screening process.
