We currently have opportunities for a Senior Accounting Technician to work within our Finance department in Northallerton.

The Senior Accounting Technician will provide support and assistance to Accountants to help with the timely delivery of routine and non-routine management information and contributing to the timely delivery of statutory statements of accounts. This role will also conduct technical functions (such as VAT, treasury management, petty cash etc.) whilst engaging with colleagues across the force to provide an efficient and effective financial service.

In order to be successful in this role you will require excellent IT and analytical proficiency, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Applicants must be qualified to AAT Level 4, or hold an equivalent professional qualification.
