CTPNW - Constable - Con IMU
Merseyside/Cheshire Intelligence Management Unit, based at the Operational Command Centre in Speke, is looking for keen PCs/DCs to join their team .
Experience dealing with intelligence is desirable but not essential. We are eager to seek applications from individuals who can demonstrate an ability to manage the harm and risk be that through attendance at police incidents and/or through the investigation of criminal offences.
All members of the team receive extensive training and will be allocated a mentor until they are confident to perform the role, all under the close supervision of our management team.

1. Experience of making assessments and complex decisions (JUST THINK).
2 Experience of identifying and mitigating threat and risk (JUST LEAD).
3. Experience of liaising with partner agencies (JUST TALK).
4. Evidence of an operational understanding of the diverse communities (Merseyside/Cheshire) and an ability to evidence delivering a policing response informed by that understanding (JUST LISTEN).
