As a Superintendent with Durham Constabulary, your ability to engage and inspire your teams will underpin the delivery of the high quality of service expected by our communities. As a visible leader with a strong value base you’ll demonstrate a commitment to the welfare and development of your team generating the motivation and enthusiasm that delivers high levels of performance. You’ll demonstrate outstanding operational competence at the tactical/strategic level and have the personal resilience to deal with the significant demands of leading a team and balancing competing priorities.
