Reward and Benefit Support Officer (Secondment/Fixed Term Contract)

Part Time – 25 hours per week

Secondment/Fixed Term Contract until August 2026

An opportunity has arisen to provide maternity cover for a Reward and Benefit Support Officer within Thames Valley Police. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys a variety of administrative support accountabilities, covering job evaluation, benefits and reward. You will work as part of a small team to provide support and guidance on all police officer and police staff reward and bonus policies and procedures to ensure fairness and consistency

Excellent written and oral communication skills are required with the ability to communicate at all levels of the organisation and externally with the public or partner agencies.  Good organisational skills are essential with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines whilst using your own initiative.
