People Services Co-Ordinator - Police Staff
We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive, professional, and effective HR Co-ordinator to join our People Services Team.
Working in a generalist role, you will deliver a high quality business focused people service for the Force.
We are seeking someone who is motivated and enthusiastic with excellent communication and IT skills.
Reporting to a HR Business Partner, the successful applicant should have proven competent skills in Microsoft IT packages and the ability to analyse and understand data and information quickly; and update and maintain systems to enable the provision of accurate and timely data.
Strong time management skills is a requirement as is the ability to multitask as well as problem solving and having strong organisational skills.
Working with stakeholders across the organisation and collaborating with internal HR teams, the successful applicant will be in a learning environment but should be comfortable in being able to share their own ideas and knowledge.
