PC Information Management Training Co-Ordinator

At a time that is really exciting for Durham Digitally would you like the opportunity to help shape how we think about data, protect information, and stay ahead of digital threats?
This role offers real in-job support and extra training courses to become an expert in this field. You will have the flexibility of a 9-5pm Monday-Friday schedule as well as a hybrid approach to the role.
Applications are invited from Detective Constables and Constables who have completed their probation at the time of application.
This is a unique role at the heart of Durham Constabulary’s data transformation programme, designed to lift our digital capability, strengthen our culture of information integrity and empower our workforce with the knowledge they need to make better, safter and smarter decisions.
What you’ll be doing:
Designing and delivering engaging, relevant training packages for officers and staff across the force.
Covering critical themes including:
Digital hygiene and cyber awareness
Data literacy and confidence
Information governance and data protection
Improving data quality and maturity
Working alongside Information Management colleagues to embed best practices and drove positive behavioural change.
Championing a culture where data is valued, protected and used to its full potential.
