Are you the kind of person who thrives on solving technical puzzles and helping others stay connected? We're on the lookout for a proactive and customer-focused ICT Service Desk Technician to be the first point of contact for IT support across our organisation.

You will play a key role in a customer facing team, supporting Officers and Staff with all ICT requests. Through our IT service management tool, you will log, manage and prioritize a wide variety of work supporting our hardware and software.
