Salary: The starting salary is £34,808, which includes allowances totalling £2,928.
The salary is broken down as £31,880 basic salary, which will increase annually until you reach the top of the scale £34,108 Plus, a location allowance of £1,928 and a non-pensionable allowance of £1,000.

Job Description
Royalty & Specialist Protection (RaSP) provides personal close protection nationally and internationally for the UK, this includes for the monarch and prime minster and also responsible for protecting Royal residences in London, Windsor and Scotland.
Work Involves:
The Recruitment team manages the selection processes for Close Protection, Residential protection, Transferees and all internal vacancies. The team supports candidates through their recruitment journey, dealing with professional standards checks, vetting, maintaining relationships with candidates and management of all administrative processes.
- Recruitment administration including use of SharePoint, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Word and Box.
- Marketing
- Maintaining client relationship including external stakeholders
- Will have a professional attitude, excellent communication skills and ability to communicate at all levels of the organisation
- Collating figures for recruitment, training and budgeting purposes
- Administration around Recruitment interviews both internally and externally
- Management of recruitment files
- Date collation and reporting
- Scanning and appropriate data storage
Vetting
This post requires access to the most sensitive intelligence material on a daily basis. Applicants must hold or be prepared to undergo National Security Vetting (NSV) Security Check (enhanced) (SC(e)) level before taking up the post; with a willingness to undergo Developed Vetting (DV) once in post, if required.
Confidentiality Agreement
In accordance with corporate policy, all officers joining RaSP are required to sign the 'Specialist Operations - Confidentiality Agreement' as well as (if allocated a Royal Household Pass) the Royal Household Confidentiality document.
