- S25-186 Business & Performance Analyst (LC8)

Lancashire Constabulary’s Corporate Services Division is seeking a Business & Performance Analyst to be based at Hutton Headquarters.

Please note, the start date of this role will be late September 2025.

Key Responsibilities:

To communicate the information obtained/produced in relation to insight and analysis to Chief Officers and other interested parties both internally and externally.
To be a point of contact for external agencies in respect of Analysis and Insight.
To prioritise and coordinate analytical data and products in all areas of business change, managed or supported by the Change and Continuous Improvement Department.
To conduct profiling of business activities to identify and develop new ways of continuous improvement for the organisation.
Will be responsible for applying analytical techniques to a diverse range of scenarios and data sets with a view to drawing conclusions, recommendations, or inferences.

Vetting and Medical:

Please be aware, as a condition of your appointment you must undergo and pass Recruitment Vetting (RV). Please be aware there is a minimum 3 year UK residency requirement for Recruitment vetting and you must be 18 years old at the point of applying. Successful applicants will also be subject to a medical assessment.
