Lancashire Constabulary’s Corporate Services Division is seeking a Business & Performance Analyst to be based at Hutton Headquarters. 

Please note, the start date of this role will be late September 2025. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • To communicate the information obtained/produced in relation to insight and analysis to Chief Officers and other interested parties both internally and externally. 
  • To be a point of contact for external agencies in respect of Analysis and Insight. 
  • To prioritise and coordinate analytical data and products in all areas of business change, managed or supported by the Change and Continuous Improvement Department. 
  • To conduct profiling of business activities to identify and develop new ways of continuous improvement for the organisation. 
  • Will be responsible for applying analytical techniques to a diverse range of scenarios and data sets with a view to drawing conclusions, recommendations, or inferences.

Please note, candidates successful at shortlisting will be required to undertake an assessment as part of the interview process. This will consist of a briefing pack and presentation. 

Vetting and Medical:

Please be aware, as a condition of your appointment you must undergo and pass Recruitment Vetting (RV). Please be aware there is a minimum 3 year UK residency requirement for Recruitment vetting and you must be 18 years old at the point of applying. Successful applicants will also be subject to a medical assessment.
