Restorative Justice Practitioner

The Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner has an exciting opportunity to join the team as Restorative Justice Practitioner for 12 months maternity cover.

The core role of the Restorative Justice Practitioner is to facilitate restorative justice processes, including sensitive and complex cases; therefore completion of RJ facilitation level and sensitive and complex training is essential.

The Practitioner will also act as a point of contact for incoming restorative referrals, ensuring both victims and offenders are fully informed, ensure arrangements are in place for victims of crime and offenders participating in restorative justice to have access to support during the process, which may include signposting to a relevant service.
