Victims Code of Practice Analyst

To source, extract, develop and analyse performance data and other management information from a number of sources and apply appropriate analytical techniques to interpret and draw conclusions so as to enable effective and informed decision making.

To ensure the independent assessment of performance across the Force by assisting in the development of processes and systems to manage, monitor, and disseminate performance to support delivery of the Victims strategy and comply with the national performance metrics for Victims Code of Practice and the Victim and Prisoners Act.
