Lancashire Constabulary is looking for a talented Digital Content Assistant to join our team.
As a Digital Content Assistant you will provide specialist advice, support and guidance to our trainers and personnel on the implementation and effective use of digital learning solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
To assist with providing specialist advice, support and guidance on the implementation and use of digital learning solutions to trainers and personnel.
To assist in the design and delivery of digital learning solutions for police staff and officers.
- Creating original video content, editing content created by self and others and uploading digital content to the Force Learning Management System.
Assist in the design of and running Hydra based immersive learning programmes across a range of subjects, supporting the Blended Learning Team
The design of training programmes where a digital solution could be used.

Skills and Experience:
- Training Essentials Programme or willingness to undertake within 6 months of appointment (3 week in house course) - This is delivered on site by our Learning and Development department once appointed.
Vetting and Medical:
Successful applicants will be required to pass Recruitment Vetting prior to commencing their role. You will also be subject to a medical assessment.
