TRiM (Trauma Risk Management) Administrator

The Role

To undertake a range of clerical and administrative duties in connection with the provision of an effective TRiM (Trauma Risk Management) function to the Force.

What You’ll Do

Provide a professional service for both internal and external callers, manage all enquiries and provide advice to individuals and managers in liaison with the TRiM Manager and Coordinators.

Administer the TRiM process, monitoring, collating and recording referrals, collating incident information and supporting practitioners

Undertake a full range of duties including the administration and implementation of the following: -

TRiM referrals and appointments,

Diary management i.e. arranging, cancelling and re/arranging appointments.

To create, update and maintain TRiM records, both paper and computer based, and ensure an appropriate filing system is maintained and compliance with retention periods.

Obtaining practitioner updates/outcomes as necessary

Preparation of TRiM resources for one to ones i.e. leaflets, information.

Preparation and circulation of TRiM training materials

Archiving

Maintain and review appropriate processes and procedures.

Attend relevant meetings and provide the necessary administrative support.

Monitoring expenditure, approve orders and process invoices.
