PMO Manager - Police Staff

At Nottinghamshire Police, we are looking for a dedicated and dynamic PMO Manager to oversee and ensure the successful delivery of our Business Change Portfolios, This is a role that offers the opportunity to make a tangible difference in the effectiveness and efficiency of policing services, directly supporting the force’s strategic vision.
As the PMO Manager, you will work closely with the Corporate Services leadership team to deliver programmes and projects that align with Nottinghamshire Police's strategic goals. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring the effective coordination of resources, and compliance with PMO methodologies, including waterfall and agile frameworks.

We are searching for a confident leader with a strong understanding of PMO methodologies and governance best practices. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, the ability to manage complex projects, and a passion for driving organisational change. Experience with both waterfall and agile frameworks is essential, as is the ability to inspire and develop your team.
