The starting salary for this role will usually be at the bottom of the salary range and will be pro-rata if the working hours are less than full time.

The Role & Key ResponsibilitiesThe Safety Camera Unit is aiming to reduce collisions and casualties on the roads in Surrey. Would you like to help us make a difference and make the roads safer for all? Then come and join our friendly team based in offices near Guildford.
An exciting role has arisen within our Case Administration team. Our Case Administrators contribute to the enforcement of camera detected offences as part of the Force commitment to Surrey RoadSafe.
From your first day with us you will be part of a policing family making a real difference.
Skills & ExperienceReporting to the Admin Team Leaders, you will be a strong team player with excellent communication and administrative skills. With a proven ability to accurately input data and a methodical mind to maintain vital police records that could be used as evidence in court, you will be responsible for the efficient processing of speed, red light and red x offences detected by safety cameras.
You will be responding to enquiries from the public in writing or by telephone, ensuring statutory forms are despatched on time and statements and prosecution files are compiled accurately.
You will be able to work in a calm and professional manner to meet strict deadlines, and will be willing to undertake training to become proficient in the use of the departmental computer systems, printing and mailing technology.
