Crime Intelligence Analyst Trainer
Shape the minds behind the data. Train the Analysts powering Crime Intelligence.
As a Crime Intelligence Analyst Trainer you will be designing and delivering training programmes, modules and other activities required to address the identified training needs of crime intelligence analytical staff across the region.
You will engage with key stakeholders to establish demand profiles and proactively manage the training requirements across the region.
You will take responsibility for the development and delivery of the Regional Analytical Training Strategy, incorporating this into the East Midlands Specialist Learning & Development Hub (EMSLDH) Regional Annual Training Plan.
The must haves
- Knowledge and understanding of the role and functions of a Crime Intelligence Analyst, within an operational environment, including the use of IT systems and specialist software.
- Trade Craft, analytical experience and occupational competence in areas relevant to the subjects being taught.
- High levels of communication, persuasion and presentation skills.
