An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner as a Partnerships and Commissioning Officer on a 12-month contract.

In this role, you will assist meeting strategic aims through the delivery of the Commissioning Framework. You’ll manage grants for community projects and monitor their development to ensure an effective service is provided to local areas.

What you’ll be doing

  • Manage the delivery of community-based services through collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Monitor contracts and grants and chair meetings regarding these.
  • Report on community projects highlighting issues and making recommendation for improvement.

The must haves

  • Degree education or equivalent, OR work experience to this level.
  • Experience identifying development opportunities for personal and business improvement.
  • Experience managing successful project work.
