Counter Terrorism Policing North West (CTPNW) is a five-force collaboration delivering Counter Terrorism (CT) services to our regional forces as well as forming part of the national CT Network. CTPNW’s mission is to work together to keep people safe from terrorism.
We are looking for a committed and outstanding individual who can support CTPNW in achieving its mission.
This is a unique opportunity to work as part of the Counter Terrorism Undercover Unit. It is a challenging but highly rewarding role which due to the nature will require flexibility regarding shifts. The post will be based in the North West area.

Please send authorisation forms, with Line Manager and Superintendent/ Head of Department approval to Workforce Planning at least 3 working days before the closing date. Workforce Planning will then review eligibility.
Please be advised that following a successful application, final release will be subject to approval by the Deputy Chief Constable. HR reserve the right to withdraw any application that has not been granted approval.
Police Staff are required to relinquish their substantive post if the secondment duration is expected to be over one year.
