We are looking to recruit an Equality Impact Assessment (EIA) Administrator.

the successful candidate will be responsible for Administrating the process for EIA implementation ensuring compliance with the Equality Act.

Key tasks

Administrate the force process for consultation and review of all EIA’s
Ensure the force process for completion of EIA and compliance with EA is followed
Quality assure EIA
Facilitate external QA where requested.
Provide basic support and advice where required to those completing the EIA
Identify themes to inform training requirement for completion
Build EIA library
Provide updates on EIA completion to the Valuing Individuals Group
Provide constructive feedback to policy owners

The EIA Administrator will be subject to vetting
