Job Purpose
To work as part of the Catering Team performing a variety of tasks within the Barista Coffee Shop, Restaurant, Hospitality & Kitchen areas. Ensuring high standards of customer service and food safety is delivered in an efficient, safe and focused manner.
In this role you shall be working in all of these busy areas completing tasks such as:-
Coffee Shop – Preparing freshly made hot drinks, serving hot snacks and using our cashless epos system
Restaurant – Preparing and serving hot and cold food as well as serving customers in the payment area
Hospitality – Preparing, serving and delivering hospitality to meeting rooms around the building
Kitchen – Preparing food for service, cleaning the kitchen, washing dishes
Knowledge and Experience
Experience in a retail or hospitality role ideally in a restaurant/coffee shop with an awareness of food safety legislation & allergens.
Good communication skills are required as the post holder is expected to communicate clearly and effectively.
Ability to work independently with strong organisational and time management skills.
You will be required to work Monday - Friday, 08:00am - 14:30pm. (You will be required to work occasionally between 07:00am - 16:00pm to cover annual leave) Flexibility and adaptability are key in this role.
Rose Hill Headquarters (L3 3AN) is in close proximity to a wide variety of public transport making your daily commute easy and convenient.
