Force Trainer FLLP
We have a temporary position for the role of Force Trainer (FLLP) for the CoP First Line Leadership Programme and Middle Line Leadership programme on a part time contract (2 days per week) until the 31st March 2026.
Purpose of the role is to design learning materials that align with the College of Policing First Line Leadership Programme and Middle Line Leadership Programme.
Experience and Qualifications required for this role:
- Experience in content design of training materials in accordance with CoP curriculum specifications
- Understanding of leadership and cultural theory and models in relation to the policing service and public sector
- Understanding of the operational and cultural challenges relating to the police service and the wider public service sector
- Understanding of integrating academic and vocational learning methods to achieve the required learning outcomes and behaviours
- Willing to explore new and innovative ways of delivering a blended learning content
- Level 4 Teaching / Training Qualification or equivalent
- Level 4 Leadership Qualification or equivalent
