Business Process Analyst

Thames Valley Police are looking for someone with business process analysis skills and experience to lead work with stakeholders across the force to design and optimize business processes for improved performance and efficiency, in line with the force's strategic priorities and to deliver programme/project benefits.

In this role, you will apply business process methods and techniques to analyse current business processes and workflows, identify areas for improvement, and develop and implement solutions and redesigned processes that achieve the best outcomes.

The successful candidate will hold a Green Belt Lean Six Sigma qualification or equivalent, and/or previous experience in a business process analysis or process re-design role. Strong interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills will be evidenced. Candidates will demonstrate planning, prioritisation and the proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
