Based at Flexible – Hybrid working arrangements available

Permanent, Full Time (37.5 hours per week)

Salary up to £46,849 per annum and a generous benefits package

 

The Civil Nuclear Constabulary (CNC) is an armed police service that’s dedicated to the nuclear industry. As our Performance Manager you will support all managers in the appropriate collection of performance data and will have responsibility for collating performance reporting at multiple levels. You will also promote the use of PowerBi and automation of data flows.

 

We’re looking for someone who can support managers across the CNC with the identification of appropriate measures, and the mechanisms to capture, analyse and present meaningful information that adds value and aids decision making at all levels. You will be responsible for maintaining the Performance Management Framework and liaising with the Strategy & Planning Team to provide data for corporate performance reporting purposes. You will be capable of acting as a critical friend to the organisation, challenging areas of poor performance and utilising data analysis skills to highlight areas where there is scope for improvement.

 

To be successful in the role, you’ll ideally have excellent Excel skills and be competent with the use of Power Bi and Power Automate Apps. You should also be able to prepare succinct and accurate written reports for all levels of management. You will need excellent research and analytical skills and be able to preset data in an understandable format.
