West Yorkshire Police Performance Review Department is looking to recruit an Information Specialist who will lead on the Force-wide consultation programme.
This is an excellent opportunity to join the Performance Review team where you will manage the delivery of the Forces victim satisfaction survey programme and also lead and advise on the development of ad-hoc internal and external consultation exercises undertaken by the Force.
The post holder will deliver specialist analytical insights in support of the Forces strategic priorities via reports and performance inputs and through the expert use of analytics and performance management tools and software.
Managing a team of Performance Analysts and Researchers the ideal candidate will have a degree in statistics or comparable qualification, experience of performance management and a proven ability in analysing data, ideally in a survey setting.
