As part of this, a new role has been created reporting into the Director of P&D, taking responsibility for providing both the leadership and strategic direction on the design and development of an exciting portfolio. The remit of this role spans Strategic Workforce Planning, Equality Diversity & Inclusion, Wellbeing, Leadership, Talent & Performance and Organisational Design.
