Visor Admin - Business Support Assistant
An opportunity has arisen for a Business Support Assistant in the Visor team within the Public Protection Unit. In the Public Protection Unit, we manage all Registered Sex Offenders (RSO’s) within the County. PPU are split into 3 operational teams consisting of 1 DS per team and a mixture of DC’s, PC’s and Investigators. There is also the Visor Admin Team who are responsible for the upkeep, maintenance and management of all the registered sex offender records for Hertfordshire Police.
The role requires meticulous attention to detail. As administrative support you are responsible for the completing of administrative tasks on the Visor system such as processing foreign travel applications made registered sex offender, processing annual notification and weekly notifications made by registered sex offenders and updating policing systems,
The ideal candidate will be proficient in the use of Microsoft office.
The records relate to arguably one of the forces greatest areas of risk, which therefore requires that detailed eye and conscientious mindset.
The role is based in Hatfield Police Station and there is no work from available as access to Visor is required.
