Accreditation - Leadership and Quality Specialist
In this exciting role, the successful candidate will be coaching and assessing Temporary Sergeants, Inspectors and police staff equivalent against Leadership and Management national standards and qualifications. The successful candidate will also internally quality assure the assessment process and practice of workplace assessors across a number of programmes including the Intelligence Professionalisation Programme (IPP).
The successful candidate will hold the relevant Assessor qualifications or have experience of assessing learners who are undertaking work based qualifications/accredited programmes. It is also essential to have experience of middle management, including proven second line management of a team, excellent interpersonal skills, including the proven ability to influence others and manage challenging situations successfully. This candidate will also have the experience of delivering learning opportunities to individuals or groups.
